      • After ServiceNow acquired 4Industry, led the two-year strategic re-platforming of 4Industry into the Industrial Connected Workforce (ICW) solution, driving architectural, performance and technical decisions.
      • Architected the transition to ServiceNow's enterprise framework, aligning product infrastructure with global requirements and cross-functional standards.
      • Grew leadership responsibility from one to three engineering teams.

      • Grew engineering from 5 to 30 people across iOS, Android, ServiceNow, QA and UI design, hiring most of them, with little to no regretted attrition.
      • Helped take the product from zero to five enterprise customers.
      • Defined and owned the technical roadmap, with budget responsibility.
      • Designed and improved the software development life cycle across planning, design, testing and support.
      • Set up values-based recruitment, a 90-day onboarding programme, talent development and FTE planning.
      • Introduced a release cadence aligned with ServiceNow best practices.

      • Managed a team of 12 software engineers (iOS, Android, ServiceNow, QA) and a UI designer.
      • Worked with the architecture owner and solution architects to improve product quality and stability.
      • Set the 3–6 month product roadmap with the product manager and turned requirements into actionable user stories.
